NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS
Nominations will continue at
our May meeting. Voting will take place after the second round of nominations.
Keep in mind, these
positions must be filled for us to be a chartered Branch and Unit. The Home
Committee is in place to oversee the operation of the club. All of our Branch,
Unit, and Home officers are not merely figurehead positions. Duties and
responsibilities are associated with these positions. Thank you for
volunteering! Do so with an intention to work. Branch and Home Bylaws describe
the duties of each of our elected positions.
Our national by-laws, in the
Installation of Officers ceremony states :”I will faithfully discharge the
duties of the office to which I have been elected”. These positions are working
positions! Vote for who you know will do the job and will get the job done!
